When I booked our family's cruise several years ago, I thought I had done everything right.

Honestly, I wasn't even sure what a travel advisor did, or whether they could actually help someone who had already booked directly with the cruise line.

If you're arriving late to your resort because of a delay, I can notify the property so they're expecting you.
